Portrait

I love photographing people, especially the in-between moments, right before or after a pose, when they forget the camera's even there. Those shots are always the best ones.

Out and About

I really love to travel and shoot street photography, just wandering around and snapping whatever catches my eye. These three are from Okinawa, UCLA, and Yosemite.

Film

I like not knowing what I got until the roll's developed. It makes me actually slow down and think about the shot instead of just spamming the shutter.

Oil Painting

This is where I slow down the most. I especially love painting portraits. It forces me to really study a face instead of just glancing at it, catching all the small asymmetries and expressions a photo would blur past.

Curation

重/解構 re(li)de(bra)structure(ry)

We basically took everyday objects, like chairs and bookshelves, and rebuilt them into weird, impossible versions, just to mess with what people assume is "normal."

We took a broken bike frame apart and turned it into a seat, paired with an old KTV chair reimagined as a "horse" for a piggyback-fight game.
